If any of these resonate with you than yoga can help. I teach a slow, mindful class with emphasis on breath awareness, posture and developing core strength.
There is no perfect expression of a pose, as everyone is built differently. It is your practice and I encourage you to practice self compassion, kindness and acceptance of where you are on your yoga journey.
Yoga practices can teach people to move with ease and comfort.
Yoga for Every Body is currently offering live online sessions
When: Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri at 9am. Sat at 8.30am. Cost: Payment is koha, give what you feel. If you are not in a position to pay please still feel free to join in. We all need to help each other.
