What better way to quietly connect with your unborn child than in a supportive and relaxing prenatal yoga class. A prenatal yoga practice can be enormously beneficial during pregnancy and childbirth.
Nic’s classes focus on reducing stress and anxiety, decreasing lower back pain, increasing flexibility and strength, and toning the muscles needed for childbirth.
For women who are at lest 14 weeks pregnant.
