Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that stretches, strengthens and tones the entire body.

Jude teaches Reformer and Mat classes at the Dee Street Physio in Mount Maunganui.

Jude has worked in the fitness industry for 30 years.
She was at Les Mills, ladies gym, personal training, teaching yoga and has been teaching Pilates for 12 years.
