This is your opportunity to dive into the tasty, aromatic, fragrant Vegetarian food without cream/ preservatives/ ready paste/sauce. Healthy, budget-friendly and easy vegetarian cooking. You even learn to make your masala powder. In four days we are using fresh chillies, garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes, coriander, mint, cucumbers, carrots, pumpkin, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, eggplants, french beans and protein-rich dhals- toor, moong, red lentils.

Fees-$200 per person for 4 Thursday’s. 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm

The fees include:- demonstrations, tasting of all the dishes, spices and dhals for your cooking. You bring your favourite pan, knife along with vegetables, turmeric stain-resistant containers and take home, freshly cooked vegetable curry and dhal along with recipe printout.

Every Thursday we will cook 1 dhal, 1 veg curry,1 salad and rice so all together you learn-

4 different dhal dishes

4 different vegetarian curries

4 different salads/ rayta’s

4 different ways of cooking rice.
