Foraging for Edible Weeds Workshop

Forage for Superfoods

Join Julia on a journey of discovering how wild edible plants and green smoothies can help improve your health and well-being. She’s passionate about edible weeds and leafy greens and she wants to show you how to use these highly nutritious foods to boost your health and vitality. This is an interactive workshop, where you’ll learn all about what common, Bay of Plenty “weeds” tell us about the land, their purpose, their nutritional and medicinal uses.

Summer annuals will be firmly established in January for you to meet and get to know.  It is wonderful to have this event at my home so that you can see first hand what I’m up to and all the fruits, vegetables, flowers and wild plants that grow around me.
