If you are avoiding conversations, losing patience with people or find it tricky to deal with difficult situations, then this is the course for you.
At this workshop you will learn techniques and strategies that will allow you to handle difficult situations with skill and confidence. You will be engaged in practical and interactive discussions and exercises that will increase your skill and knowledge in managing negative behaviour and ultimately improve your effectiveness in handling difficult and challenging situations.
