Did you know that we have a plague of new pests spreading across New Zealand? Largely ignored thus far we explore why we have dropped the ball. We explore why we need to take on the wallabies. Why you should care. What you can do.This is talk for fans of New Zealand on our forgotten pest.

Dr Rebecca Stirnemann is the Central North Island Regional Manager for Forest and Bird since 2017. She has a PhD in ecology from Massey, an MSc from Trinity College Dublin in Climate change modelling and an MSc in Ecology from Trinity College Dublin.

Date: Monday 23rd September 2019
Time: 6:30pm for a 7pm start. All over by 9pm.
Place: Tauranga Yacht & Power Boat Club Inc, 90 Keith Allen Drive, Tauranga

Cost: Door fee of $5 covers the venue, tea / coffee and a nibble
