Time:  6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Venue:  Mount Maunganui College Food Technology classroom Opposite the main car park of the school office
Fees: $150.00 for all 4 days or $40 per session. (Includes food tasting cooked for demo & copy of the recipe)

Limit 10 participants a day
No last moment walk-ins, please.

Menu day 1– 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Toor dhal cooked with spinach and garlic
Cauliflower, onion and potato curry in tomato and sesame seeds gravy
Cucumber + tomato salad
Plain rice (microwave method)

Menu day 2– 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Moong dhal (split) cooked with curry leaves, onion and tomato
Roasted eggplant mash in mustard & cumin seeds
Carrot and tomato salad
Plain rice (using an electric rice cooker)

Menu day 3– 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Red lentils cooked with coconut, garlic & tomatoes
Stir-fry Cabbage with Chana dhal
Red pumpkin mash/ raita
Plain rice (boiling water method)

Menu day 4– 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Urid dhal cooked with tamarind, onion and curry leaves
Stir-fried okra with spring onion
White radish salad
Plain rice (ghee flavoured)
