Self Compassion involves the capacity to comfort and soothe ourselves, and to motivate ourselves with encouragement, when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.

However, our sense of self-worth and our self-esteem are rising and falling depending on our latest success or failure. In our highly competitive society we learn to be constantly above average to feel good about ourselves, but there is always someone better than we are.

In this experiential workshop we go inward to find and explore our sense of Self Compassion through mindfulness and body awareness.

Come along and learn PRACTICAL TOOLS for becoming a warm and supportive companion to YOURSELF.
