Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a simple yet powerful exercise, combining laughter with yogic breathing, offering a deep effect on wellbeing. “You don’t need yogic skills or flexibility” says Andria , “you can walk off the street and give it a go”.  Laughter Yoga uses unconditional laughter to help create a positive frame of mind as a choice, not a chance happening. It even works on the human equivalent of Grumpy cat !
