A Hands On Class with Generous Tastings

The Indonesian islands are famed as the “Spice Islands” and the cuisine is one of the most vibrant and colourful cuisines in the world, with intense flavours!
in 2011, Indonesian Cuisine regained world wide recognition when several of the favourite dishes made it to the list of the “World’s 50 Most Delicious Foods”.

The HANDS-ON CLASS will include many of these recipes as well a a menu with dishes typically used as part of the Classic Rijsttafel.
