Steady As You Go (SAYGO) Programme

Gentle exercise for the elderly. held three Wednesdays a month.

SAYGO has been shown to achieve continuous improvement over time in the following areas:

  • balance and leg strength
  • flexibility, and
  • general fitness and wellbeing.

When: Three Wednesdays a month but NOT the 1st Wednesday.

Where:  St John’s Church Hall, 94 Bureta Road, Otumoetai
