Pilates with Swiss Ball
A workout on the Swiss Ball allows your body to relax whilst concentrating on the desired muscles.
This class strengthens the postural muscles and elongates your body. It’s based on the Pilates Method (Contrology). A very popular, fun class!

Native Funk Rhythm ‘n Dance
Combines simple movements into stunning dance.

Aerial Pilates
Practising Pilates and Stretching in the Hammock will bring greater flexibility and amazing core strength.  It’s a treatment for body and soul. You’ll love it!

Note: this class is held in Welcome Bay as a ‘One on One’ class or for 2 people only.

Stretching and Relaxing
Give your body and mind a break. The perfect class at the end of a busy day. Efficient Stretching is an important part of exercising together with proper breathing techniques. You will feel perfectly balanced at the end of this class. Highly recommended for anyone!

As a real calorie burner Trampolining Fitness stands on top of the list! An incredible efficient cardio workout with so many benefits:

Patrizia Campi started BODY RHYTHMS in 2003 as a means of providing high quality exercises and dance classes to individuals and groups.
After having qualified in Switzerland in physical education, general medicine and the performing arts disciplines of gymnastics, dance, theatre & mime, Patrizia has been teaching High Energy Fitness training, Functional Fitness, Pilates and Dance for children, adults and Sports teams.
