Andrea’s Kombucha workshop will focus mainly on the 2nd fermentation process:

Have you had a go at kombucha but somehow lost the mocho?
Is the brew tasting sour or not too appealing?

Spice up your life with the science of kombucha.
Learn how to add seasonal fruit, ginger and what ever you have growing around your home to create an additional health benefit to your probiotic health tonic with an additional medicinal twist.
